Caliper, AntiCancer cross-license several optical imaging patents
February 29, 2008, Hopkinton, MA and San Diego, CA--Caliper Life Sciences and AntiCancer have entered into an agreement to establish a cross-licensing relationship and end all outstanding patent litigation between the two companies related to in vivo fluorescence imaging for pharmaceutical and biotech applications.
