Manlight (Lannion, France) says its fiber based optical tweezing source (OTS), available in North America through RPMC Lasers, is a multi-purpose tool. It features narrow linewidth and promises excellent beam quality and power stability.

This compact CW fiber laser powers up to 20W with a near diffraction limited beam (M2 <1.1). Manlight's patented injection technology allows the use of highly reliable broad area laser diode pumps for cost-effective maintenance free operation.

The all-fiber design guarantees the robustness of the laser without any optical parts to align or to stabilize. And the system's simple integration requires no after-installation service.
