    SD800 optical engine products from Bioptigen (Research Triangle Park, NC) can acquire gigapixel volumetric images, in real time, at sub-3-µm axial resolution. The product line includes the SD800 spectrometer, SD800 optical engine, SD800 light delivery system, and SD800 workstation, all of which are modular assemblies for custom spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) imaging applications.
