The SE520EXi entry-level flow cytometer from Stratedigm (San Jose, CA) features the company's second-generation Smart Detect and Laser Trimming technologies. The cytometer detects six colors, forward and side scatter, pulse width, and time as parameters while utilizing 150 mW, 488 nm and 100 mW, 640 nm lasers. Additional features include a dedicated microparticle analysis mode and full automation capabilities for high-throughput applications.
