The iFLEX-Gemini dual-wavelength, solid-state laser features a 488/647nm wavelength pairing to enable use of specific fluorescence dye sets.

The iFLEX-Gemini dual-wavelength, solid-state laser from Qioptiq (an Excelitas Technologies Company; Waltham, MA) features a 488/647nm wavelength pairing to enable use of specific fluorescence dye sets for super-resolution microscopy and cancer research. The laser measures 130 × 90 × 38 mm, and has an optomechanical design that eliminates the need for laser realignment. Each wavelength may be individually adjusted for output power and modulation repetition rate. 488/515, 458/515, 445/515, 473/515, 405/488, 488/640, and 405/640 nm wavelength pairs are available, with custom combinations also available upon request.
