The Ultima NeuraLight 3D simultaneous, all-optical stimulation and multiphoton imaging platform for neuroscience applications from Bruker (Billerica, MA) features the company's spatial light module (SLM) technology to map neural networks on both in vivo and in vitro experimental models. With a comprehensive software toolkit, platform is able to generate and rapidly switch between 3D activation patterns, while imaging, recording electrical signals, and triggering behavioral and electrical stimuli at 300–500 Hz switching rates.
