The PTI QuantaMaster 8000 spectrofluorometer for steady state and lifetime measurements from Horiba Scientific (Edison, NJ) accommodates up to four excitation sources and six detection channels. Triple grating turrets allow for extended wavelength range, and the system can be used with single or double monochromators for stray light rejection. The spectrofluorometer offers spectral and phosphorescence lifetime detection coverage to 5500 nm, and provides a full set of data acquisition protocols for spectral and kinetic measurements.
