The Ultima time-correlated single-photon counting (TCSPC) fluorescence lifetime system is optimized for short lifetime measurements.

The Ultima time-correlated single-photon counting (TCSPC) fluorescence lifetime system from Horiba Scientific (Edison, NJ) is optimized for short lifetime measurements, combining high-temporal-resolution TCSPC electronics, interchangeable high-speed light sources and detector technologies, and the company's FluoroCube dedicated lifetime optical platform. It delivers 400 fs/point time resolution, and has a measurement range of 100 ns to seconds, 16k time channels, and a USB PC connection. Configuration for use with microchannel plates (MCPs), femtosecond lasers, NIR detectors, and excitation and emission monochromators is possible.
