A boxcar averaging function smooths out high-frequency noise to give a clear signal in high-resolution digitizers. It is useful where signals have been oversampled, and it can increase vertical resolution and improve signal-to-noise ratio and spurious free dynamic range. It is fully programmable and supported by SBench6 Pro software.
