Fons Acquires Certain Spoval Assets

Northborough, MA. FONS (Fiber Optic Network Solutions) Corporation has acquired certain assets of Spoval Fiber Optics, Inc., of Spokane, Washington. FONS' acquisition ensures that existing Spoval customers will continue to receive the high level of product quality and service that they are used to.

Northborough, MA. FONS (Fiber Optic Network Solutions) Corporation has acquired certain assets of Spoval Fiber Optics, Inc., of Spokane, Washington. FONS' acquisition ensures that existing Spoval customers will continue to receive the high level of product quality and service that they are used to.

With this acquisition, Spoval customers will have access to all existing products as well as an even broader range of products available under the FONS' brand name. This move expands the FONS' market base with new national accounts and strengthens geographic reach with local accounts in the western region of the country.

In conjunction with this acquisition, FONS has appointed Mark Fralich as Director of Sales for FONS, Western Region. Mark was a cofounder of Spoval in 1993 and most recently served as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Spoval.Over the last decade, Mark has made sustained contributions in the fiber optics industry. He developed a wide customer base and a complete portfolio of fiber connectivity products. Mark's philosophy has been to meet the customers' needs with a quality product, delivered on time, every time, at a fair price. Mark will continue to support Spoval customers and will help manage a growing base of FONS' customers in the western region. He will work out of a FONS' field office in Spokane, Washington.
