The FluoDuoFiber system from Art Photonics uses a multichannel fiberoptic probe with four legs—two for each wavelength channel—and a common distal end directed to cells in a multiorgan chip’s chamber. The legs are glass fiber bundles for delivering LED excitation light, and a detecting bundle delivers light to two photomultiplier tubes.
