Channelequalized amplifier

Feb. 1, 1995
The OFA151L02 is a channelequalized fiberoptic amplifier for the ONS100 Optical Networking System. The amplifier is designed for midspan line amplifier needs and assists in eliminating the gain peak associated with standard optically amplified fiber links. This amplifier module equally amplifies multiple wavelengths in WDM systems in the 15291561nm range and provides 30dB gain with 20dBm input from a 980nm pum¥laser.
