Fiberoptic duplexers

Nov. 1, 1995
Conix Duplexers permit bi-directional transmission over a fiber. A transmitter and receiver for communication systems are premounted into the package according to customer specifications, and the fiber connection is made using an expanded beam connector. These connectors can be field terminated in less than 5 min. Active devices with wavelengths ranging from 750 nm to 1.3 µm can be selected with 50/125, 62.5/125, or 100/140 multimode fibers. The transmission splitting ratio can be customized
