A fiber sensor system includes u¥to 24 sensors and a signal-conditioning unit. Sensors can measure real-time dynamic pressure, vibration, proximity, strain, rpm, and force. The system bandwidth is 4 kHz, outputs are from 0 to 5 or 10 Vdc, or 4 to 20 mA. The system can operate in temperatures ranging from -50°C to 400°C.
