    The Mille Luce M1000 fiberoptic illuminator includes a 150-W quart¥halogen lamp with a 1000-h lifetime. The lamp-to-fiber coupling design increases lamp lifetime five times at full intensity with no loss in light quality. The illuminator includes an internal IR filter, positive locking collet, integrated handle, and optics that include variable iris control and color filter capabilities.
