Adding to cell analysis capabilities, Cytek acquires Tonbo Biosciences business
Cell analysis solutions developer Cytek Biosciences (Fremont, CA) has acquired San Diego, CA-based Tonbo Biosciences’ cell analysis business. Tonbo Biosciences’ offerings include life science research reagents related to cell preparation, flow cytometry, molecular immunology/polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and cell culture in immunology, apoptosis, and immunoprofiling.
With the acquisition, Cytek extends its flow cytometry capabilities, as Tonbo’s reagents will fit in with Cytek’s cFluor reagents for full-spectrum cytometry.
