1.25 Micron Resolution Linear Optical Encoder Features FLEX Cable and Connector for Easy Integration!

Van Nuys, CA –The NEW! 1.25 Micron Resolution Linear Optical Encoder and Linear Scale has been released by Moticont. This compact linear encoder measures just 114.3 mm (4.50 in.) long by 4.0 mm (0.157 in.) wide by 1.47 mm (0.058 in.) high (encoder + Flex cable) and the Flex cable is terminated by a ten-pin female connector for easy integration.  This high, 1.25 micron resolution, low power encoder module features TTL Quadrature Outputs and requires only a single +3.3 or +5 VDC supply. 

The matching Linear Scale supplied is only 6 mm (0.25 in.) wide by 0.3 mm (0.01 in.) thick and when attached to a flat surface using PSA adhesive.  The standard scale length is 76.2 mm (3.00.) long, and other lengths are available on request. 

The OEM-00125U-02 Linear Optical Encoder Module and LS-00125U-01 Linear Scale providing direction, velocity, and position to 1.25 microns are ideal for use with Moticont’s LVCM and GVCM linear voice coil motors, HVCM hollow core voice coil linear motors.  Available in OEM quantities, they can also be used for in-house purpose-built Assembly, sorting, measuring, and inspection equipment.
