Torrent Photonics designs and manufactures custom transmissive gratings for UV, visible, and NIR applications using proprietary micropatterning processes and in-house fabrication. Compared with reflective gratings, transmissive gratings offer higher throughput, reduced alignment sensitivity, and greater environmental stability. Manufactured on fused silica substrates, they provide strong UV performance, including deep UV sensitivity. The gratings are optimized for precision, repeatability, and low unit-to-unit variation, while offering customization and scalable production for OEM spectroscopic and photonic systems.
