InAsSb Easy-Adaptable IR Detection Modules

IR detection modules based on an InAsSb photovoltaic detector, available in either uncooled configurations for ambient temperature operation or as temperature-stabilized versions. These modules feature an integrated differential amplifier for optimized signal readout and ensure easy mechanical integration with the target device thanks to their small dimensions and a solderable PCB. Their spectral range spans from 1.7 to 11.0 µm. They can be utilized in many Mid- IR applications, ranging from gas detectors with MEMS, LED, or laser sources, through temperature sensors and embedded systems, to portable devices.
