OCT 250

OCT 250 is a high-precision stand-alone sensor system based on optical coherence tomography for real-time monitoring and quality assurance in automated welding. It provides micron-accurate detection of component position, weld geometry, process stability, and penetration depth. Supporting both pre-seam tracking and post-weld inspection in one continuous step, it is suitable for laser welding and, since 2026, robot-guided arc welding—even under extreme optical conditions.
