The Lince5M NIR monochrome image sensor offers 5.2-Mpixel (2560 × 2048) resolution. It offers quantum efficiency of 35% at 850 nm in both visible and near-infrared (NIR) and 250 fps (full resolution, 12-bit ADC). It has a 5-µm global shutter pixel, with a dynamic range of 55 dB in standard mode and over 100 dB in HDR mode.
