The GLT5016BSI image sensor offers a horizontal resolution of 16k pixels and uses 5-μm pixel technology. Designed for semiconductor inspection and life science applications, it features backside illumination, 256 contiguous stages, line rates up to 500 kHz, and a dynamic range of 65.8 dB in 12-bit mode.
