The OV0TA1B monochrome (mono)/infrared (IR) CMOS image sensor fits 3-mm module Y-dimensions and smaller notebook computers, webcams, and IoT devices. Features include a 2-µm pixel, 440 × 360 resolution at 30 fps, and 1/15.8-in. optical format. Applications are AI-based human presence detection (HPD), facial authentication, and always-on (AON) technology.
