Second-generation PureCelPlus and PureCelPlus-S provide 20% greater full-well capacity, a composite metal grid structure, increased signal-to-noise ratio, and enhanced-sensor low-light performance. They are used in the 20 Mpixel OV20880 and OV20880-4C and the 16 Mpixel OV16885 and OV16885-4C sensors, all designed to deliver high-resolution images to smartphones in a variety of lighting conditions.
