PRESS RELEASE

High Speed, High Gain Photodetector Modules

The award winning Series F line of fast, compact, fiber-coupled photodetector modules has been expanded to provide unprecedented combinationsf gain and bandwidth. The four new models have three stage transimpedance amplifiers and range from the 1,600,000 volts/watt,1.8 GHz Mod444A to the 3,200 volts/watt,6 GHz Mod111A. Based on the proven technology of the original 10 GHz, Mod1, the modules are available with single or dual differential optical inputs, with Si, GaAs or InGaAs photodiodes to cover the visible to IR spectral ranges and with any combination of fiber type, optical connectors and electronic connector.
