EDAX CMOS camera clearly characterizes deformed microstructures
The Velocity Super EBSD is a low-noise CMOS camera that provides up to 4500 indexed points/second, with indexing success rates up to 99%. It uses 120 × 120 pixel images for improved band detection, as well as orientation precision of <0.1° with clear characterization of deformed microstructures with standard indexing routines.
