Attocube Systems' interferometric sensor detects position variations

The FPS3010 high-bandwidth interferometric displacement sensor can track target velocities of up to 1 m/s.



The FPS3010 ultra-high-sensitivity, high-bandwidth interferometric displacement sensor allows simultaneous detection of position variations of up to three targets with picometer resolution at distances of up to 40 cm. It can track target velocities of up to 1 m/s. The head of the fiber-based sensor is measured in millimeters.
