ID Quantique's single-photon detection system operates from 350 to 900 nm
Aug. 20, 2013
The id110 gated visible single photon detector uses a silicon avalanche photodiode, which operates in gated mode at frequencies up to 100 MHz, via an internal or external trigger. Operating from 350 to 900 nm, photons can be detected with a probability of up to 25% at 530 nm while maintaining low dark count. Timing resolution is <200 ps.ID Quantique
