The DME 500 distance measurement engine, based on the ep600 chip, provides up to a 10 m measurement range, up to 980 measurements/s, a high-speed serial interface, and a detection spot of 20 mm at 1 m. Features include motion blur suppression, full calibration, and a baud rate of 1 MB/s.
