Transimpedance am¥modules

Aug. 1, 1995
The ERM501 and ERM504 optical receiver modules include InGaAs PIN photodiode and GaAs transimpedance amplifiers for SONET applications. The ERM501 is designed for use in 51.84-Mbit/s systems and has a sensitivity of -43 dBm, while the ERM504 is designed for 155.52-Mbit/s transmission systems and has a sensitivity of -38 dBm. Each module requires only one +5V source and comes in a 4-pin fiber-pigtailed packaged.
