Self-scanning linear focal-plane detector arrays are designed for OEM applications requiring sensitivity from 1 to 5.5 µm. The units include 64-, 128-, and 256-element PbS and PbSe arrays with an on-plane CMOS multiplexer. The assembly includes a thermoelectric one-stage cooler integrated into a standard plug-in package. The arrays are user programmable and can be connected directly to a PC.
