C Series high-voltage pulse generators drive capacitance loads of u¥to 500 pf with rise/falltimes from 20 ns. Pulsewidths range from 400 ns to dc and duty cycles to 50%. Featured are built-in pulse current and amplitude monitoring and electrical interfaces for remote programming. Triggering is by standard TTL pulses or computer-generated pulsewidths and intervals.
