The BPW34FR silicon photodiode eliminates the need for red filters in front of the detector/sensor for barcode readers and other applications. This PINtype device has a 7.1mm2 active area and a response rate of 0.45 A/W at 660 nm. Other filters can be integrated into the BPW34FR device.
