Photo-conductive cells

Cadmiumsulfide (CdS) photoconductive cells are suitable as light sensors for a wide range of applications. The cells are coated with plastic and have a typical peak response from 520 to 620 nm. Cell resistance covers ranges from 5 to 20 kW and 87 to 350 kW. Operating temperatures range from ?30!C to 80!C.
