Enhanced silicon photodiode

Oct. 1, 1995
The OSD100-5TBNC silicon photodiode offers enhanced spectral response at blue wavelengths as well as high response in the infrared region. The photodiode has a 100-mm2 active area, comes with a BNC connector, and has a range from 300 to 1150 nm. Typical responsivity at 400 nm is 240 mA/W, while at 1 µm, the responsivity is 610 mA/W.
