CCD detectors for spectroscopy

The MCR µmaximum Coverage and Resolution) series of CCD detectors is designed for spectrometer use. A 30-mm-wide by 15-mm-high array of 15-µm pixels covers the focal-plane area. The chips come in back-illuminated or front-illuminated versions. The back-illuminated chips have antireflection coatings and are designed for high efficiency in the near-UV or visible-and-IR regions.
