The PPT series of residual gas analyzers can be used in gas laser tube manufacturing to monitor gas composition, detect leaks, analyze the background, and detect contaminants. The devices can detect mass ranges to 300 amu and feature Faraday-cup and electron-multiplier detectors and prompt-driven software.
