Laser-spectrum analyzers

Sept. 1, 1995
The E200 series laser-spectrum analyzers can be used to monitor the spectral output from tunable modelocked ultrafast lasers. The devices consist of an optical head and a control unit that connects to an oscilloscope. The E201 offers 0.3-nm FWHM resolution and is designed for lasers operating at 350-1100 nm. The E202 offers 0.4-nm FWHM resolution and is useful for ranges from 750 to 1650 nm. Both models have detectors that can measure energies from 10 mW to 2 mW over some ranges and 0.1 mW to 2
