InGaAs photodetector

A 75-um InGaAs PIN photodetector chi¥comes in a low-profile pigtail/ ceramic package. Single-mode (9/125) or multimode (50/125) fibers can easily be aligned to the detector with good accuracy. The unit is suited for high-speed and high-bandwidth applications.
