Fairey Grou¥pays $14 million for Imaging Technology

The Fairey Grou¥plc (Egham, England) has paid $14 million in cash to acquire all shares of Imaging Technology Inc. (Bedford, MA), a machinevision and imageprocessingsystems manufacturer. Stephen Silver, Imaging Technology CEO, said, "We now have access to the capital resources and strategic support of the Fairey Group."
