The 477 series of laboratory bench power supplies can be used with photomultiplier tubes in R&D applications. The supplies include positive and negative, dual and switchable polarity and have a 4.5-digit display to provide output readings of voltage or current. The systems operate from a 115/230-V 50/60-H¥supply and provide output voltages of 500 V, 1, 2, or 3 kV, delivering u¥to 4 W of regulated power at their maximum power setting. A split-rail auxiliary supply is also provided for use
