Passband detector

Jan. 1, 1997
The EPM612FJ-S/M passband detector module offers responsivity of 850 mA/W at 1300 nm with 20-dB attenuation of 1550-nm signals (responsivity of 8.5 mA/W). The detector has a bandwidth of more than 1 GH¥and is designed for use with 1300-nm receivers in two-wavelength single-fiber networks running at 155 and 622 Mbit/s.
