Infrared photodiodes

March 1, 1997
The J18 Series of InGaAs photodiodes has an extended wavelength range that stretches from 800 nm to 2.6 µm. Three cutoff wavelength options are available at 2.6, 2.2, or 1.9 µm. Applications include FTIR spectroscopy and pyrometry. The photovoltaic sensor can replace lead-salt diodes in some applications and is available with Peltier cooler packaging.
