The Series 300 CCD imaging system provides cooled CCD arrays interfaced to PCI-bus-based computers, including Pentium IBM-compatibles and Macintosh PowerPCs, as well as to UNIX workstations from SUN and SGI via a SCSI interface. The series includes medium- and high-resolution cameras with arrays u¥to 2048 ¥ 2048 pixels, with 12 to 16-bit digitization. The cameras can integrate over long periods of time with low noise, allowing low-light operation.
