Board-mounted detectors

July 1, 1996
Two photodetectors offer through-hole packages with a lead spacing of 0.2 in. and are suitable for mounting on PC boards with automatic insertion assemblies. Both are encapsulated with epoxy resin. The BPW-34 has a spectral range of 350 to 1100 nm. The BPW-34F comes with a visible blocking filter with a spectral range from 750 to 1100 nm.
