Beam-positioning system

A computerized instrument simultaneously measures the position and power of CW laser beams. The SpotOn for Windows is available in ISA, PCI, or PCMCIA boards for systems running Windows 3.11, 95, 98, or NT 4.0. The system is available with four-quadrant or lateral-effect detectors, 1-µm accuracy, and 0.1-µm resolution, using single or dual measuring heads.
