A CCD camera is designed specifically for laser-beam diagnostics. The LaserCam II measures beam sizes as small as 100 µm in diameter and can be used for pulsed or CW lasers operating at wavelengths from 190 to 1100 nm. The electronic shutter allows single-pulse analysis at pulse-repetition rates up to 10 kHz.
