Fast photodiodes

March 1, 1999
The OP910 and OP910W silicon PIN photodiodes respond linearly to light at irradiances from 0.2 to 3 mW/cm2. Typical rise- and falltimes for the devices are 10 ns. The sensors are mounted in hermetic TO-18 packages and offer an operating range from -65°C to 125°C. The OP910 has a glass lens and acceptance angle of 䔰°. The OP910W has a flat glass window and an acceptance angle of 䕌°.
