The agreement, which stems from more than three years of collaboration between the companies, grants Accu-Sort worldwide rights to manufacture and market fixed-position charge-coupled devices to detect and decode Eastman`s NIRF invisible markers. The agreement also calls for Accu-Sort to provide integrated systems, which may include detectors, scanners, printers, and NIRF inks.
