    A series of high-performance industrial photodiodes is designed to measure light from 300 to 1120 nm and for measurements in which extremely low capacitively induced noise is required. The PDC-series includes a photodiode with an active area of 100 mm2 that has only 45-pF terminal capacitance with 0.6-nA leakage current at 50-V bias voltage.
